Reconstruction

Reconstruction was a touring exhibition which formed part of a three-year British Council arts programme titled the New Silk Road which focused on contemporary interpretations of traditional craft skills. This exhibition presented work from the UK of designers who distil element of their own cultural heritage within their work. Designers included Paul Smith, Vivienne Westwood, Hussein Chalayan, Peter Jensen, Osman Yousefzada, Marios Schwab and Sophia Kokosalaki. Exhibition Design Pippa Nissen Studio.
